Mfanasekhaya Gqobose (Eric Tindale) Building and Fidelity House Print E-mail

This project involves the interior renovations to the ground floor of the existing Mfanasekhaya Gqobose Building and the Fidelity Building in order to provide a new Banking Hall and Offices. 

CMB's services include the lighting and power and the co-orindation of services including electrical, HVAC, fire detection and CCTV.  The HVAC installation involved a design and supply concept.

CMB was appointed to check the HVAC design and to do the construction monitoring.
