The project comprises the construction of 300 luxury villas around a golf estate on land previously used for sugar cane production.

Services include the main electrical supply and MV distribution, substation, central emergency generator plant (2MVA), LV distribution, streetlighting and fibre optic data cabling as well as HVAC,
wet services, pool filtration and electrical and data cabling services in the villas.
