Netcare Properties Greenacres Private Hospital, Port Elizabeth Print E-mail

The work included various projects to upgrade and expand the hospital, including the Casualty Department, new 16 bed High Care Ward, new 45 bed surgical wards as well as numerous Medical Consulting Suites. 

Services handled by CMB included MV and LV electrical, nurses call, fire detection, access control and generator power.  Mechanical services included HVAC, medical gas and hot and cold water.

Completion Date  : 2010
Project Value       : R12,7 million
