The firm undertook all the mechanical and electrical consulting engineering services for the redevelopment
of this modern 250 bed private hospital.

The facilities include standard ward and nursing facilities,
intensive care and high care, standard and specialised operating theatres including laminar flow air conditioning, central sterilising and other hospital service areas, trauma centre, day hospital, oncology
and radiology, pathology, maternity wards and theatres and medical suites.

Services: Electrical supply and reticulation, area lighting, HVAC, hot and cold water, medical gas, lifts, nurses call system, standby power, fire detection.

Completion Date : 2000 to 2005
Project Value : R7,5 million
